I was born and raised in Poway, California, and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet Performance from the University of Utah. After graduation, I spent four years as a member of the California Ballet Company. Once I hung up my ballet shoes, I returned to school, earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah, and completed an orthopedic residency at the University Orthopedic Center & Salt Lake City VA.
My goal is to help patients reach their goals and offer them tools and education to best allow them to return to the things they love. It will be a team effort, and I care that everyone I work with knows that I am on their team.
Outside of the office, I spend all my time with my husband, son, and our rescue pup. We love all outdoor adventures, from exploring coffee shops to hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
