The building division focuses on new builds, pole barn & stick-built construction, decks, room editions, and all types of renovations and repair. The roofing division has specialized certifications and are qualified to work on shingle, metal, steep roofs or flat, they can do it all. Central UP has two sister companies, one for excavation and the other for heavy machinery equipment rental, these partnerships strength the abilities of both divisions.
