The Regulator is a self-retracting cornhole measuring product. No need to continue to guess & pace out steps, you can leave your tape measure in the toolbox, because this high quality device was made specifically for your cornhole boards. Combining convivence and accuracy The Regulator is attached right above the corn hole on the underside of one board. Your cornholes natural resting angle allows the string to glide freely to-and-from the goal. Since all regulation sized cornhole boards are the same measurement (4'x2'), when attached, The Regulator measures an accurate 27-feet from front edge to front edge (regulation distance), accounting for the extra 3'7" when it's mounted correctly.

The Cornhole Regulator Dimensions. The string is purposely cut to 30'7" so when attached above the corn hole, it will measure an accurate 27' between to two front edges of the cornhole boards.
