Rich brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. A graduate of electrical tech school, he began his career in Maui doing residential electrical work and tile installation. Over the years, he’s operated heavy equipment on the East Coast, managed high-end custom home builds in the Bay Area, and led solar projects throughout California.
