I believe very strongly in the mind-body connection and how each affects the other. With 15 years of experience since graduating in 2003, her style incorporates many of the techniques she has learned and adapted over the years. Jessica has a firm, intuitive touch that will leave you feeling relaxed but renewed. "My massage style uses a variety of techniques from gentle energy work to firm pressure. I tend to work areas of tension with precision, taking time to make sure blood flow is restored to the area of concern, breaking the pain cycle." Aside from her massage career, she has many creative interests; Cooking, fitness, nutrition, gardening, crafting, jewelry making, photography, decorating, just to name a few.
