Anna Starkey will now be assisting patients as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at our Winterville Primary Care office. A native of Greenville, Anna received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from UNC Chapel Hill. After graduation, Anna worked for two years as a surgical RN in New Orleans. She returned to eastern North Carolina as a Cardiac Intensive Care RN at ECU Health before joining the team at Physicians East as a Nurse Practitioner in 2017. Anna is a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as gardening, playing her violin, and running.
