Timber Creek Bees is a family-run apiary in Greenville, Texas. We place and manage honey bee colonies on private land across 43 Texas counties so landowners with 5 to 20 acres can qualify for a 1-d-1 agricultural valuation — the Texas ag exemption. We install the hives, keep them alive and active at the number your county appraisal district requires, work them through the season, and hand you a dated year-end records package for your Form 50-129 filing. The hive standard we build to is verified directly with each appraisal district. We also sell nucleus colonies, mated queens and hive equipment, sell raw Texas honey, and help landowners with swarms and problem hives.
