Dr. Booth was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and obtained his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After three years of general surgery training, Dr. Booth completed the Family Medicine Residency program at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Pinnacle Health, in Harrisburg, PA. After that, he was in private practice in Meadville, PA before moving to the Indianapolis area.

As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Booth enjoys seeing patients of all ages with a special interest in preventive care.

Dr. Booth is married with three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and snow skiing. As a big football fan, he cheers on Penn State and the Pittsburgh Steelers!
