Dr. Melissa Michels received her bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Michels completed her pediatric residency at the University of Colorado. She is a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Michels practiced in Colorado as a general pediatrician prior to moving to Indiana.
Dr. Michels enjoys all aspects of pediatric care but has special interest in newborn care and preventive medicine.
She and her husband, Rob, have two young children. Dr. Michels enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and trying new restaurants.
