Mary C. Nasi is a graduate of Oneonta University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting. Ms. Nasi has also studied the focused areas of Real Estate Finance, Valuation and Analysis in the Masters of RE Program at New York University.
Ms. Nasi has been involved in the commercial and residential real estate industry for over 25 years. Her career began at Silverstein Properties, Inc. as a lease administrator and SwissRe America, Inc., managing their corporate leased and owned portfolio. In a few short years, she was hired by Williams Real Estate Co., Inc. as their Director of Lease Administration. Having further developed her expertise and analytical skills while working at these major real estate companies and recognizing the need for cutting edge strategies and solutions to the ever-increasing complexity of the real estate industry, Ms. Nasi formed IMT in 1995.
