Lauren started her nursing career as a nursing assistant on an ortho/trauma floor at Washington County Hospital. She went on to pursue nursing as an LPN through a local community college and immediately returned to obtain her associated degree as a registered nurse.
Upon graduation, she accepted a position in a busy emergency room. This is where she accredits most of her knowledge base. She also worked in interventional radiology alongside the radiologists doing special procedures.
