When it comes to authentic Peruvian food, most people think of Ceviche. We thought of just that and did not stop there. We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable culinary experience for everyone alike and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant concept in the heart of Kendall, named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia's nickname, Dr. Limon. Our trademark is not only a personalized service, but also a fresh menu where most of the traditional Peruvian plates have been reinvented and changed into medical terms.
