ILoveKickboxing is just what I was looking for in a workout. The staff has the best energy to keep you motivated throughout the entire class. As much as I look forward to the class, nothing beats the post class energy I get that keeps me motivated all day long!

iLoveKickboxing in Hanover, MA is without a doubt the most fun place to be and get an amazing workout! The energy and vibe is so positive! No one judges. The staff is incredible - always welcoming you with a big welcoming Hi! when you walk in the door and are so supportive of each and everyone of their members (aka Fit Fam). Its a full hour of sweating and fun! Cleanliness is huge (with all the sweating going on) and the ILKB staff are on top of it -- everything is always so clean! I'm so glad I joined!

I cannot say enough good things about ILKB Hanover. The staff has the most amazing energy, but they are also super supportive and caring about your individual goals. Kickboxing is the most intense but fun workout I've ever done. But, it's important to realize that it is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. There is no need to be intimidated. Classes are a mix of all ages, shapes, and sizes. It's the best part of my day. I'll be a member for life.

I joined ILKB Hanover 6 weeks ago and it has been the best time of my life! The studio is clean, the instructors have endless energy, the workouts are high energy and you will find every body type there with no judgment. The 60 min workouts will make you sweat and burn calories like no other! It helps that the music is also phenomenal too. Everyone needs to check the studio out!

I joined after my first class!! The instructors are amazing and the studio is spotless and welcoming! I have never had so much fun working out!

Before I joined iLoveKickboxing in Hanover, I was definitely in a slump for well over a year. Previous to that slump I had been an active runner and had lost 40 lbs. After getting burnt out from training from my half-marathon, I put back on 30+ of the pounds I had lost. I was disappointed in myself and couldn’t pull myself together to do any sort of exercise for more than 2 or 3 times before I’d be frustrated and quit. I had some friends who loved kickboxing, and I finally decided to give it a go. I was pretty nervous, having never been a “class type” person. My first class had a 1 on 1 with Jazmin while Nelly ran the rest of the class. There was so much enthusiasm and energy throughout the entire class that all my fears were gone. After the first class I signed up for the membership because I was instantly hooked. Drenched in sweat with a smile I couldn’t wipe off my face. It doesn’t matter if I go with friends or go alone because everyone, kickboxers and instructors, is
