The owners Chris Nicholson and Jim Merriman have spent the last 45+ years in the automotive business primarily around Ford vehicles. Chris spent most of his career in Dealership Management primarily in Parts and Accessories. Jim spent his career in both Dealership Service Management, and as Shop Foreman/Lead Diesel Technician. Both Jim and Chris were always Ford Master Certified in the fields they worked in and both have received numerous accolades from Ford including national recognition in the USA Today. While we aren't affiliated with the Ford Motor Company, we have a passion for the vehicles they build. The Blue Oval Speed Shop specializes in diesel repair, performance, and customization but we live for both gas and diesel.
