Thais was so patient, kind and really listened to all my concerns and ideas about my hair and gave great advice ! I had my roots done, a balayage and a complete restyle of my hair and it looks fabulous! Thank you Thais, and to the rest of the team at the hair studio! The first time I came into the salon I had virgin hair. I didn't get what I hoped for the first time but Thais contacted me and redid my hair after the first try and was very helpful and put in the extra effort to try to remove the first red/purple color. He was very attentive and communicated to me clearly what to expect with bleaching and the color results and gave me advice on how to add and maintain color.
