Dr. Liz Cavin has a diverse background in natural health care. She obtained her doctorate medical degree from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2006. Prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor she practiced as a licensed massage therapist for 14 years and studied massage at the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe New Mexico. Dr. Liz Cavin studied botanical medicine with Dr. Tiearona LowDog, MD and Paul Bergner master herbalist. She also studied Ayurvedic Medicine, the traditional medicine of India, and completed a three hundred hour course at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque New Mexico.
