I hired them for my move out cleaning. They did a pretty amazing job. Came on time. They are good at what they do. No complaints. Did everything they were asked to perform. Got their own cleaning supplies too. They took longer than 4 hrs (scheduled timing) but they finished the task well. As it was move out cleaning, I did not have to be on-site during the cleaning.

I utilized Sam & Silvia House Cleaning for my apartment move-out. Friendly crew arrived onsite. Completed the job in a reasonable timeframe. Quality and price of service was great and I would highly recommend service to anyone.

I have received biweekly service from SAM & SILVIA HOUSE CLEANING for about six months. They were very easy to schedule and I enjoy auto-bill function. the cleaner does a great job. She is very flexible as I am still working from home and she always does a thorough job. Would recommend!
