Davis Pest Control came out to do the assessment and they was able to show me exactly what the problem was and what I needed to do to fix it.

Very professional, good communication, fair price. I'm ridiculously happy with my attic, which was a toxic, torn up mess and now it is rat-free, sanitized, and insulated. Between the insulation and the attic fan they installed, the house is noticeably cooler.

Julius did a great job. Dead spiders and cockroaches outside the following day! He sprayed the shed, greenhouse, around the house, and inside the house. He even took care of the spiderwebs.

I just had my first service call with Julius from Davis Pest Control and it was great. From the first contact telephone call through the service I felt very confident in their abilities. Most of my questions were answered before I asked them. Happy to find a small local company and signed up for regular maintenance service. Highly recommend.
