Tailored Nutrition Plans, and Lifestyle Design strategies that are appropriate for your unique build and constitution. I tailor these services for your needs whether you're pregnant, an athlete, a senior or injured. My goal now is to share the gift of life that I have received through my studies in Thai Yoga Massage Therapy, Ayurveda and Holistic Life Coaching. I want to share the knowledge, the design and the, "know-how" to transform your life from degenerative into one of absolute vitality and regeneration, where you feel as though you are always on retreat.
