I have worked as such in the area since I moved here in 1986, I have a very varied work experience and do residential, commercial, farm and ranch appraisals for local lending institutes and mortgage brokers as well as doing appraisals for estates, litigation, buy/sell or consultation purposes, “fill area” appraisals, etc. I have experience as a Court expert witness.
