Established in 2007, CP Caterings is the Catering division of Caffe Piazza, a fine-dining Italian Restaurant located in Hillsborough, NJ. CP Caterings is the brainchild of our Owner and Executive Chef, Antonio Ruffa, who quickly realized the need for a full-service catering company in Hillsborough and its surrounding communities.
