Dr. Jason Waugh is a primary care physician specializing in internal medicine. He attended medical school at Oklahoma State University and served as a staff physician for the United States Air Force in Colorado Springs.
Dr. Waugh describes himself as a teacher when it comes to caring for his patients, and he is a firm believer that to get the greatest impact and best medical outcomes, you must head off health problems or diagnose them as early as possible. And this starts with educating the patients.
“It is always a thrill to have a positive impact on people's lives and health,” he said. “I enjoy preventing disease, preventing the worsening of chronic illnesses, and the constant learning involved with medicine and patient care.”
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, sailing, and riding motorcycles.
