I spent over 20 years working as a cardiovascular nurse in the hospital and specifically trained for primary care to help patients manage their health conditions, improve their quality of life, and stay out of the hospital. My philosophy of care includes providing evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centered care. I love to educate patients on conditions and treatment options so we develop plans together that work for them and improve their conditions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two grown children, friends, and family. I love cats, traveling, attending music concerts, and working out at the gym.
