Dr. Richard Strain has been practicing in orthopedics in South Florida for over 30 years. Dr. Strain is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and a senior partner of practice in treating sports related injuries, and hip and knee arthritis. Dr. Strain utilizes modern surgical techniques and strategies to commonly work on hip and knee replacements, minimally-invasive surgery, implants, and treating ligament and tendon injuries. Dr. Strain commonly works with athlete clients on treating ligaments and tendon injuries, such as Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tears, meniscus tears, Lateral Cruciate Ligament (LCL) tears, rotator cuff, or labral tears. Most of the conditions, if surgery is necessary, are done arthroscopically with minimally-invasive procedure to speed up the recovery.
