Nyman Mental Health provides psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, and coaching. We work with all ages, individuals, families, and groups. We always work from a person-centered perspective, where we emphasize empathy, personal empowerment, self-esteem and setting goals and treatments based on each individual's unique needs. We incorporate a strengths based perspective in therapeutic treatment in order to emphasize what is going well, highlight existing abilities, and support potential without limits.
