Used books. WE have a large selection of all books, romance, general, sci-fi, children's, non-fiction, civil war and other war books. We also have a large selection of classics. We have over 1800 square feet of books. We take books that we can use for credit toward sales. We also do books on cds when we can get them. Established in 1976. I bought the store from previous owners in 1996. They had been in business for over 20 years. This is still an independent book store. Meet the Business Owner: Sharon L. I bought the store when my daughter started school. With good employees I have been able to work around her schedule and my son's schedule and spend time with them instead of working hours required by other jobs. Now I come here every couple of months to pick up some classics, or a good read for a plane ride. The prices are low and books are most always in great condition. In the style of true used book stores, it has a lot of character and is overwhelmed with bookshelves and a large selection of books. But don't worry, because the owner at the front desk will help you find anything you need and seems to know about any author I ask her about. I absolutely love this place.
