Through creating a genuine and open therapeutic bond, I aim to join you on your journey towards growth. I tend to focus on methods such as Motivational Interviewing, Supportive Therapy, and CBT and work to tailor the experience to the individual. I am especially interested in collaborating with those dealing with substance use, grief, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, difficulty in relationships, self-esteem concerns, difficulty with boundary setting, PTSD, trauma and LGBTQ concerns.
