An upstairs luxury room (separate from the main house above a separate building) with 5 star amenities featuring a 325 square foot room with en-suite bath on a private island retreat. You are 18 minutes from both Historic Downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Race Track and Gaming. This is not a condo or cabin so there is no kitchen or grill. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony with table and chairs or use local "Bathhouse Soapery" bath salts to relax in the large claw foot tub. The room accommodates 2 adults and is not suitable for children or pets. Cable TV, Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, wireless Internet , mini fridge, bath robes, slippers, large bath sheet towels, Toshiba microwave and a "Keurig" coffee/tea maker are in your room. World renowned Hot Springs Mountain Valley bottled water, local "Kilwin's" dark chocolate, snacks, ice, and sodas are provided. Relax on the lake front flagstone patio or stroll through the gardens. Sit on the end of the pier, swim in sand bottom swim area or sit on the swing by the sea wall. You will be offered a cocktail each evening between 5-6 if owner is at home. Beach towels, swim noodles, a 1 person kayak and life vest, yoga mat, strap, blocks and Bosu ball are available upon request. Bring your fishing pole and water float.
