Reliant Renal Care is proud to offer dialysis treatment services for residents in and around Houma, LA at our Houma dialysis center. We are located at 707 Grand Caillou Road, at the intersection of Grand Caillou Road and S Van Ave, between the Coastal Commercial Bank and Whitney Bank – East Houma. We operate the facility Monday – Saturday from 6 AM – 6 PM.
