Continental Facility Services Inc. was spun out of its sister company, Foss Energy Services, both subsidiaries of Xeter Corporation, in 2018 in order to expand the company's capability in the facility construction field. We are headquartered in Houston Texas with four operating divisions located throughout the southwestern United States.
