Dr. Bullocks earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2001. After completing his surgical internship at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) in 2002, Dr. Bullocks continued his education at BCM to complete his integrated plastic surgery residency in the Michael E. Debakey Department of Surgery in 2007. Dr. Bullocks is one of the authors of Plastic Surgery Emergencies Principles and Techniques, Second Edition.
