James M. Gregory, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery. He treats the full spectrum of shoulder and elbow conditions, including the unique demands of the overhead athlete or the daily struggles caused by persistent shoulder or elbow pain. He has extensive experience with nonoperative management, as well as complex arthroscopic and open-surgical techniques. He’s also an associate professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and maintains an active interest in clinical research.
