The company holds memberships in the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) and Custom Builders Council (CBC), and is designated a Registered Home Builder by the Texas Residential
Construction Commission.
Our president and founder, Tim Kurtin, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Graduate Master Builder (GMB). He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University.
