After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine, in 1981, Dr. Homs-Guilloty continued her education at the school with an internship and residency in general surgery, which she completed in 1983. She went on to pursue a fellowship at the university where she specialized in the head and neck area of Otolaryngology. Dr. Homs-Guilloty is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Buffalo ENT Society, Medical Society of the State of New York, and the Medical Society of the County of Erie.
