I grew up in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. Growing up, I played baseball, basketball, and football. I started lifting weights then to help me in sports, now I continue to work out because I understand how necessary it is for optimal health. I graduated from Northwestern Chiropractic College in Bloomington, MN in 1992. I have worked at Best Chiropractic since August 1993. In 1997, Dr. Sengbusch and I purchased the clinic from Dr. Steven Best-hence the name. I am married with two boys, Zach and Nate. We live in Woodbury, Minnesota because my wife, Kris, works in downtown Minneapolis. (I got the better deal on that one). As a family, we enjoy going camping.
