I Love Kickboxing - Dix Hills

ilovekickboxing in dix hills is incredible! the staff is upbeat and inspiring! when i first started i struggled with balance, motivation, and flexibility and within the first month i saw substantial improvements!

i lovelovelove ilkb! going to the gym was such a chore but now i look forward to class and actually can't wait until the next day i'm available to go. the staff is amazing; they are so sweet and really want you to reach your goals. each workout is different by using different muscles and exercises plus the way they arrange the workout like interval training allows me to control my exercise-induced asthma. i cannot be happier with my progress already and i know i will keep coming back :) thank you ilkb!

i've never been to a place where i feel so welcome every time i walk inside. everyone is always there smiling and encouraging. i have definitely increased my flexibility and strength due to their classes.

it has been about a month that i have signed up with ilkb and i absolutely love it! it’s an amazing workout, the instructors are supportive, helpful and always push you. since i have started kickboxing, i have noticed that not only do i feel less stressed, but i feel stronger and have been in a better mood. i recommend ilkb!

i love this place! not only are the instructors awesome and motivating, but you get a killer workout unlike any other! i look forward to each class, and see it more as fun than exercising!! i love the community aspect of the gym and how warm and welcoming the environment is. ever since joining i feel stronger and healthier, but physically and mentally! i definitely recommend joining the ilkb family!

i was looking for something new to try in regards to my workouts and ilovekickboxing definitely brought that to the table. i feel challenged and pushed every class i take and at the same time so comfortable and supported by the instructors. they are all friendly and willing to help however they can and i am so glad i joined! i love the workout i get and have recommended it to many! i love kickboxing! :-)
