Brad Follis has held a number of positions in the Mortgage Finance industry throughout his more than 26-year career. Today, Brad serves as the Branch Manager of Colonial’s Hurst Branch, where he oversees day-to-day operations and mentors Loan Officers to help them reach their highest potential.
Brad has always had an interest in helping individuals and families better their financial situation and believes in a client-first approach when it comes to mortgage financing through transparency and education of the mortgage process.
He attended Texas Tech University and received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. Brad, his wife Renee and his daughter Raygan love the outdoors and have been active in showing horses for many years with the American Paint Horse Association.
