Chef Mike is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation. He has been awarded Chef of the Year in Indianapolis and has served on the Board of the Culinary Federation. Chef Mike opened his doors to Chef Mike's Charcoal Grill in June of 2009. Chef Mike's Charcoal Grill has been his lifelong dream. Everything is prepared on a large charcoal grill.
