ILKB inwood is the best place to workout!! there is truly nothing like this in the five towns area and if you are looking for a killer workout i suggest you come on down and join the family !

Its a clean and suitable environment if you want to tone up,lose weight,stay in shape and learn how to defend yourself this is the best place for you they treat you with respect and treat you like family

This is seriously the best workout I've ever gotten. Not only does the environment (other members and the instructors) push me to work harder but I genuinely have so much fun.
