ACT’s story begins in Southern California. As the Inland Empire underwent rapid development in the 1990s, we tackled complex environmental challenges that would define our expertise. Soon after, the oil-rich territories from Orange County to Los Angeles presented new environmental hurdles, pushing us to innovate and expand our capabilities.
