I help with adjustment concerns, academic and sports pressures, cultural issues, grief and loss, parenting, social relationships, sleep, spirituality, and trauma. My attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach to therapy helps build safety and trust. We will collaborate to find external resources and internal strengths. I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic approach, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. My favorite activities are hiking in nature, reading, watching movies, listening to and making music, swimming, biking, and horseback riding.
