This family owned childcare facility - with it's first location established in 1971 as the first day school in Tulsa, Oklahoma - has led the way in early childhood development. Under the Directorship of Vicki Rance, IACWDS achieved and maintained the Highest Quality of Care, Achieving Excellence 4-star rating from Child Care Assistance (formerly Child Care Management Services) and their primary location was registered to care for 189 children. In 2010, the business was transitioned into the care of Brian & Beverly Chapman as the previous Directors, Mr. Jeff & Miss Vicki, decided to retire.
