Dr. Runnels is a native of Flowood. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi and his Medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. Dr. Runnels completed his general surgery internship and residency in Urology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He joined Mississippi Urology Clinic in 2015.
Dr. Runnels is a member of the American Urological Association and the Mississippi State Medical Association. His hospital privileges include Baptist Medical Center, St. Dominic Hospital, River Oaks Hospital and Woman’s Hospital.
