What is Home Health Care? This program is provided to Cottonwood, Jackson Counties, and surrounding area residents so that they may remain at home while disabled or recuperating from an illness. These services are available to all ages. Some of the help we can provide is medication monitoring, rehabilitative therapy, cares for terminally ill, diabetic management, cares for multiple sclerosis, and heart conditions to name a few.
