So I am always Leary of leaving my fur baby at a kennel but I really expected more from this place. The pics online look wonderful and clean. The owner was super nice on the phone and in person but That’s the best I can say for this place. When we pulled up the smell of feces and urine is overwhelming. I know it’s a kernel but cleaning goes a long way. The office was filthy also which makes you wonder what the kennel area looks like. The man that checked us in did nothing but complain about the hours he has to work without help and that it was his last weekend. I dropped my dog off on Friday and left his meds with detailed instructions on giving them. Doses were skipped ( which you pay for them to give meds). I was told he would have a bath before pick up. I called ahead to tell them we were coming with advanced notice and he was filthy and smelled aweful. He wasn’t given treats that we provided per the owners request.
