The services provided consist of performing strategic audits within defined categories (i.e. office supplies, copier services, cleaning services???). We look to not only reduce contracted cost of goods/services, but also look at any potential operational improvements that can be made. Fees are based on an actual savings over the course of the implemented recommended cost savings solution.
