A little about me: BA degree from Florida State University (FSU). While enrolled was a member of the FSU Marching Chiefs (trumpet), member of Civil Air Patrol. My father was a career USAF (ret. Major). We traveled. I have lived in Hawaii, Oklahoma, North Carolina, & Florida. I have worked in several fields. Immediately after college, I worked for the Dept of Health Care Administration (DHCA) as the legal assistant to a visually-impaired (blind) attorney. Then, worked for the State of Florida Dept of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) - Legal Construction division as a legal analyst.
I have traveled throughout the majority of the United States & several countries. Was a foreign exchange student in High School. Thus my interests have lead to National Association of Realtor® (NAR) Designations in international real estate -Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®). Global Associate of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors® (CRGAR). Have my Resort & 2nd Home Property Specialist (RSPS®).
