It’s that time of the year again! Both our Jasper office and our Huntingburg office now have boxes for Toys for Tots! We do this every year and need your help! I’m so blessed to be surrounded by such amazing team members and their spouses! We missed a few team members who were not able to join, but were there in spirit. The Class of 2023…that’s what we call this group! (Technically Daphne joined us in 2022 but her training was profound in 2023). All three of these amazing team members passed their life/health exam in the past couple weeks and are now licensed to help our customers! They are all so excited and eager to talk to our customers about plans for life insurance. I am so proud of them. Congratulations to Dustin, Emily, and Daphne! Cheers to Nurse’s Appreciation Week ! I had no idea what this particular profession goes through until I had one in my family and learned from her experiences. So many hours of dedication, devotion, unappreciated acts of giving. Thank God we have so many willing nurses to help our communities! I started my journey in an Atlanta claims office back in February 1995. After nearly 5 years, I left to become a stay at home Mom…which by the way was the most difficult and my most favorite role I’ve ever had! I found my way back to State Farm as a team member for an awesome agent in Beatrice, Nebraska and then in Claims again in Lincoln NE for a brief stint before moving back home. State Farm found me once again and yet another anniversary date when I started my agency path in August 2009. I was a corporate employee as an intern until March 1, 2010 when I opened my Jasper agency... achieving my ultimate goal when I started with State Farm way back in 1995! I assumed that would be my last anniversary until retirement, but as fate would have it, on June 1, 2023, I opened my 2nd agency office in Huntingburg. There have been lots of trials and tribulations over the past 19 years, but the blessings and rewards far outweigh them.
SO—today I celebrate my collective 19th anniversary with State Farm. So many people have been a part of my journey, and I am blessed to have them all along the way! Cheers to 19 years with an amazing company and God willing many many more to come!
