Cynthia chose a career in health care because its meaningful work to help people feel better and live healthy lives. Working in pulmonary medicine allows her to treat patients with asthma and COPD. She credits her parents being the biggest influence on her life. They are caring, kind and very hard workers. Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures, as well as participating in outdoor and church activities. I believe communication is the foundation for providing great care. I want to truly understand the symptoms or issues a patient has so I can address each one as part of their treatment plan. I also make sure my patients have a good understanding of their health care and treatment plan.
