New Trend Hats emerged due to a persistent Mother who insisted that her daughter, who was in the sun every day and never wore a hat, protect and take care of her face. This daughter, who always wore her hair in a "high pony" decided to one day take her advice, and cut a hole in the top of her hat to accommodate the ponytail. Now, eleven years later, and with only the memory of her Mother's "nagging," hopefully these hats will provide other women and girls the kind of comfortable protection that she herself has enjoyed.
